So I ordered a set of four chairs from Joss and Main back in May of 2018. As of today, February of 2019, I had the welds on the back the chair legs let go, and almost collapse underneath me (bizarre, since I'm a 6 foot, 180 lb dude; not exactly obese). I called J&M, and they were extremely sympathetic (none of this "what did you do wrong" crap that a lot of companies give you), and sent me a 2 pack replacement of chairs right away. No equivocations, no BS. THAT is the kind of customer service that I can get behind. They didn't manufacture the chair so it wasn't their fault, but they still stood behind the product. J&M, you will have plenty more of my business in the future. Thank you for being awesome.
