Appalling customer service (on hold for over 45 minutes on several occasions).
I had to cancel a booking due to having covid and was never provided a refund. Advised, months later that I had to go through the airline to arrange a refund.
No refund and no customer service. Never using them again and warning everyone I know to use someone else.
Tip for consumers:
Just do yourself a favour and don't book with them.
