Their sales rep Juan told me that they had a promotion going and they needed ten home owner for a 30 days free trial, he even call his manager on speaker who assured me that it was a 30 free trial stress free was is exact words. They had me so convinced I bought into it. Within one week of the them installing the system I got a credit card bill with a balance of almost $3300, I calling vivint only to be told I had a 3 days trial period and they wont conceal the service unless I pay off the $3300 balance. Their sales rep Juan and manager denied telling me about a 30 days trial period, even though I told them of the other customers that where told the same thing, they refused to call and verify. I think vivint is aware of what their sales rep does base on how they respond to me.
