Ordered in good faith with a two week waiting time, COVID 19 so two weeks I could handle as that's what I was told. However two weeks later was sent confirmation email my order would be delivered the following week. Following week came and went no delivery. Now this part is the interesting part, having contacted them on no less than 20 times vow various means, absolutely no response. Took to FB to check their page and they are ignoring every costumer. The customer service is very poor at best. I would advise anyone who wants to use this company to think twice. Not only do they not get back to you but after5 weeks and no delivery you are then told it could take upto 10 days for a refund meaning they have held onto my money (which they take immediately) for a potential 7 weeks. Now imagine 1000 customers nation wide all paying roughly £500-1000 for their orders take the average of £750 now with just the 1000 people that's £******* they have held onto for 7 weeks gaining interest, not a bad way to make some money for a company during lockdown without providing any service. I am in no doubt that they will have way more than 1000 customers in this situation.
Please steer clear of this awful company
