These people promise to make a trade that never happens. They created a network of positive comments made by themselves which are mixed with the real reviews and scam notices.
They claim to be based in the USA and have been mentioned by even the New York Times which is false.
If you do accounts, it is not possible to make a transfer to Paypal with the commission they charge since Paypal charges up to 7% of the transfer so they cannot make a profit. It is clear that the transfer to Paypal is false.
Note that Skrill does not refund which makes it the perfect medium for them to scam..
