Booked round trip via online using Travelgenio. 12 hrs. Received e-mail later on-board flight changed (2nd Leg flight leaving before I land), Per agent there willing to fully refund for on-board ticket but not for the return ticket, Because return tike under different booking number. As per airline its all-in-one booking number & Travelgenio agent don't agree... Then I ask her to cancel (with in 48 hr. Cancelation period) my booking before airline conform my reservation.
Here is fun part... now I have to pay almost 30% of fees to cancel my return flight.
