My experience with this website...
We bought Australian made ugg boots from this company. We thought we'd rather support an Australian company than an American one manufacturing in China.
The boots were bought as a Christmas present in 2010 and by early April one of them had split at the front. This seems to me to be clearly goods that aren't fit for their intended purpose.
These aren't cheap items of footwear and I assumed the company would replace them as they'd only lasted a few months - how wrong I was!
They state there is a 30 day guarantee only (more than once in correspondence with me!)
Anyway... the reason I'm posting this is to give anyone else thinking of buying from this company a heads up.
We've replaced our daughters boots with the 'Ugg Australia' ones and they seem to me to be much better quality for not much more money.
I would not use this company again.
