I find it annoying that one can't return items even when it says so in description. Instead Lightinabox offer inadequate voucher compensation. For an unusable clothing item, they offered less than 50% money back. After a lot of emails, I eventually got the dress 100% compensated but the jumper only 60% - and only in vouchers, not my money back. So after two bad experiences, I still have to order items if I want to use MY money.
