I am trying recover through my credit card after failing to get a satisfactory answer from them. Don't use them.
I received my dress in good time and it fitted me - that's all good.
However the bad part is awful! The dress was too short, the zip was poorly fitted(protrudes top and bottom), the hem wasn't sitting right, the middle layer of material was too big for the other two layers. I was so disappointed, I intended wearing it for my daughters wedding. After emailing Dylan Queen it was suggested going to a local tailor (not an option if you need 2 extra inches), then it was 10% concession.
A very unhappy and disappointing experience. O/n D**************
Tip for consumers:
Think carefully before using them; be prepared for an additional carriage/excise charge
