The ILKB Richmond Hill NY location has awesome instructors that are very motivating and encouraging. Everyone that comes here is treated like family. I am so happy with the amazing results. I've lost 12 lbs. since June and about 10 inches. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to burn calories and have fun!
