I ordered a patch for my service dog. In the customer notes I specifically asked for it to be black and white. I was traveling and needed it sent priority mail. It was urgent. When I received it, it was the wrong item. I notified the company when we came home (past the 14 day return date) and they refused our return. They were unpleasant and indignant about not working with us to solve the problem. This is the second time we have ordered from them. Never again. Be careful when you place an order. They won't return your calls and only respond with email.
