I have been using this app for a while now. It worked great at first when scanning my email for receipts. Now for some reason you no longer see my Sam's club receipt. I contacted customer service and did all the rebooting removing and reinstalling the app to no avail. The app no longer sees my Sam's club online receipts.
It does see the Amazon receipts, so I am confused.
I really wish I could TALK to a human instead of sending email that the answers are very unsatisfying.
I really liked this app when I first started using it. Then you changed some things like the any receipt option. I used to be able to scan any receipt from any store. Now the any store needs to be on your list, which isn't any store receipt in my mind.
I am less am less happy trying to use this app. I no longer tell people about this as it's too annoying.

this is a coupon app not a store that sends merchandise.
