I ordered because I only needed bookmarks but it was for a conference so I ordered 500 for the conference and 25 of an additional different bookmark. They did take a while but arrived in time, however print quality wasn't great but not too bad for price (ordered best quality they offered). I received 350 of the 500 and 250 of the 25. That would have been great to receive the additional but I can't use the extra for anything. With the missing 150, they asked me to send a photo of them, which I did. Then they asked me to send a photo of the packaging, which I did. Now they want a video, which I sent. Now they have still not sent the bookmarks and my conference is tomorrow. Looks like 150 people miss out. As I said, If this isn't for a special occasion, it may be worth the risk, but if it's for an event or gift... may not be worth the risk.
