The website and ads seemed to show a really excellent product. I ordered them for an immunocompromised friend i work for. She and her daughter are basically housebound - have been since april 2020 and will be until this thing dies down. Homeschooling, just the 2 of them and some cats, and I drop the grocery orders just inside the door.
These masks seemed like they would be just the thing to help them get out at least occasionally to pick up a sandwich or basic pharmacy need without so much anxiety over the covid risk.
It has now been 2 full months with no product in sight. 'We'll ship soon.' and then nothing. 3 emails, no reply. A comment on facebook with no reply. I just got an advert from them for 'back to school specials' and decided to try contacting them again. Replying to that ad email i got a bounceback saying it was an invalid email. Sending another email to their 'support' email address got a bounceback saying THAT is not a valid email.
The people who get the masks seem to find them really fantastic. Must be nice. The majority of us are out money with nothing to show for it and the company can't even bother to hire someone to reply to emails. I think i'll have to raise a dispute with my credit card company...
