“Can't cancel subscription”

If you sign up for the $19.99 / month plan and want to cancel, you can't! They make you pay for the whole year. Sorry I didn't read the fine print. They will only let you cancel if you modify your plan and pay the difference between the two plans. Makes me wonder if a noted medical clinic like the Mayo Clinic really supports this,
