I made two orders with this brand, and both times my order was canceled. I contacted them to ask why this happened. The first time, they said there were order restrictions and mine was slightly below their standards. I then placed a second order considering their requirements, but it was also canceled immediately. I emailed them again, but this time, no one responded.
