I was charged $40 for magazines I did NOT authorize a purchase for or receive. Like others have said, I was given a "free" 1-yr subscription as a "gift" for answering some online surveys. When I called, they tried to only refund a portion of it. I argued that I did not subscribe to OR receive these supposed magazines, and I need a full refund. Eventually, the customer service agent agreed to refund the full amount within 3 days after I threatened to get my bank involved. I will be keeping a close watch to ensure they follow-through on their promise.
