“STAY AWAY! Never got what I ordered, lost my money.”

I ordered some shirts months ago. But I never got my order. They said it was delivered, whenI wasn't home and that I never picked it up; but I never got notifications or what-so-ever. I mailed several times. Their answers become shorter and shorter. They keep repeating their own story. Now they offer me a refund of 25%. For what? I paid money, I didn't get my order, so I just want my money back. I would never never ever order with this company again!
