After two weeks of no shipments/updates, I called the company and they told me items were back ordered and would ship in a few days. A week goes by and I contact them again. They tell me it will take another week. After the 4th week, they tell me they're charging me for full shipping $8.99 because they lost an item from my order and could no longer fulfill it. I kept trying to call them, but no body would reply to emails or calls. They still have not shipped at this point and then end up canceling my entire order. When I finally do get someone on the phone, I am offered no apology or an offer to ship my order without the shipping fee. I am told I didn't meet the minimum requirement for free shipping as if it's my fault they lost an item from my order. This company has horrible customer service and I can't even vouch for it being authentic as they have my money and I still don't have my product or refund.
