I signed up for the VIP, and bought two pairs of boots. The first pair fell apart within a month. The second pair have actually faired pretty well, no issues.
I logged on again a couple months later (multiple times) searching, and not one of the shoes I liked were in my size or available at all (I looked at many styles, +25). I called to cancel the membership because of the frustration of them never having my size in stock (I'm a 9, not that uncommon) and didn't have that hard of a time cancelling, but I guess we will see if they bill me on the next deadline.
P.s. I have a feeling they will...
