I ordered on october 13 they guaranteed my shipment several times by november 6th even charged me extra for this. Then her birthday comes and goes with no shirts for her or the family. I contacted them by phone and email 2 days before her birthday and no response. Today the day after her party it isnt their problem i should contact ups... terrible terrible customer service please dont use them if you dont have months to wait. They dont care about families or the outcome of them shipping late.
We are not UPS, this is out of our hands, once again you need to contact them to see what the issue is, it was shipped off with plenty of time.
