I replaced all the windows on the front of my home. They are great at remoiviung old windows that have been sealed in with stucco without damaging the stucco exterior. They clean all the windows after the install. They don't use the cheap caulking others do. So far I am happy with the windows. This company is also the window manufacturer I believe. I called AZ board of contractors prior to using them and this company has never had a complaint against them. My only complaint with the product is that the screens are cheaply made.

Owner of company sent electrician that was unlicensed with board of contractors. I was even given a bogus ROC number for the electrician. Plumber he sent could also not provide an ROC number. The drywall guys he sent here did sloppy work and even after twice trying to repair areas it still is not looking good in some areas Two windows were not installed to code and I only found out after window manufacturer came here for a warranty issue. One door was installed about half inch difference in height from one side to other. Front door was installed without removing an area of wood rot first. They mismeasured placement of a new archway, and did fix that but two extra tear outs were further delays. They tore! Ots of stucco off replacing windows requiring added trim to outside exterior. After having other windows replaced by a window company I see that Todayitsdone company did not know way to remove the windows without damaging exterior stucco. This is not a complete list of issues either.

I ordered a standing spray arrangement of flowers for my friend's funeral yesterday. It was to be delivered today by 4PM. It was delivered in time, but when I called the funeral home to confirm the delivery I was informed the lillies in the arrangement were wilted and brown edged, and the arrangement looked bad. I immediately called From you Flowers, and of course they apologized. They wanted to give me a 20% discount, which was unacceptable, as I wanted a proper looking arrangement to be delivered by the 4PM deadline. A funeral only happens once! There were more than two hours, but they could not get that done. I called another florist on the other line, and they arranged to get one there. From You Flowers then offered me a 30% discount, which I said was unacceptable since this arrangement wasn't going to be used. Finally after a few delays of waiting time I was offered as I demanded a full refund to my credit card. And they did call the funeral home to confirm the condition of the flower arrangement. I ended up having to pay almost double to get another florist to make an arrangement and have it delivered in that couple hours. From You Flowers sent me a $20 gift certificate to use on their site (even though my additional cost was $70). The company representative stated they would monitor the quality of flowers coming from that particular florist.
