Extremely rude on the telephone. Would not listen to me explaining the part that I needed - despite a site encouraging customers to call for advice. Wanted me to take a photo of my garage door and would not listen to me explaining that there was no light in the garage so this would not be possible - and he hung up on me mid-sentence. I hasten to add that I had not been rude or in any way invited this treatment. Found the part I was after from a very helpful man at www.garagedoors-sw.com.

BTW - Bob - who writes positively about this company below, also lists garagedoor-spares.com as his OWN website on his profile, which would suggest that this is not a completely genuine review. On the discussion page that accompanies this review you will also see posts from a Steve, who seems to know details about my conversation with this company that I did not include in my review... hmmmm... and so I suspect that he too is either the owner or an employee perhaps. In fact he pretty much has posted an advertisement on there which couldn't be much more of an abuse of this site. Oh - and Bob also signs himself as 'Samantha' on one of his posts. Make of his company what you will - there is no need for me to spell it out.
