I received a broken earring and found that I had a pair of two left earrings. I asked for a replacement but was told when I called in that they don't give replacements only refunds. That's not my fault and if I reorder I'm taking a chance at getting another pair of broken earrings and have to pay another shipping charge and wait for them to come in the mail. This isn't the first time I've received broken earrings from Rainbow, it's just the first time I've complained. It is my last.
