I love having so many choices and the ease of shopping and checking out.

We will never return to this facility! My family of 5 had been patients for one year. We have all had at least two appointments since we used this dentist/office and each time we had to wait AT LEAST two hours past our appointment times to be seen. Today (July 21,2021) I had an appointment which I scheduled at 8:00 a. M (I scheduled the earliest appointment in hopes to avoid the 2 hour wait by being the first patient of the day). I confirmed my 8:00 a.m. appointment by email as well as by phone 5 days ago. When I arrived, I waited for 30 minutes before they told me that my appointment was scheduled for 9:00 a.m. and also that I had not confirmed the appointment. I showed the scheduler my phone and pointed out the day, time and length of my phone call to Aspen Dental on the day that I confirmed my appointment. She said there was nothing she could do except reschedule my appointment. After taking a very deep breath, so that I wouldn't start screaming at the Aspen employee, I told them that my family will NEVER be returning and that they have waisted WAY too much of my family's time. Also, in the past when I scheduled appointments for my three sons and my husband, I had received a call from Aspen Dental wanting to change my appointment day and or time (not one time have they kept the original appointment for my sons and my husband.) In addition to this horrible experience today, Aspen dental has constantly pushed the sale of their braces on my entire family (I received 5 sales emails just yesterday regarding Invisalign from Aspen). My three sons and I have all had braces and our teeth are absolutely straight and white. Additionally, when I needed my three son's X-Rays sent to the oral surgeon to have their wisdom teeth extracted, I had to request them to be sent 4 times, which ended up never being sent. Finally after waiting three months for Aspen Dental to send the X-Rays, I had to send my three son's to the oral surgeons office to have additional X-Rays taken by the oral surgeon's office. Aspen Dental offices are definitely after the next sale. This office in Canton Michigan on Ford Road is BY FAR, THE WORST RUN DENTIST OFFICE THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. AVOID BEING THE NEXT SALES VICTIM AND WAISTING MANY MANY HOURS OF YOUR TIME SITTING IN A DENTIST OFFICE WAITNG ROOM! We will never return and I will make sure to tell EVERYONE I KNOW not to come to this facility. I will also make sure to write this review on every review site that I can find as well as contacting the corporate office as Aspen Dental TODAY! Aspen Dental, you should be ashamed of yourselves for having such horrible employees.
