I placed an order for two posters but only received ONE (very poor quality picture) without any explanation as to why. I tried to contact the company several times but only 2 options are available-1 to check the status of order-2 to modify order-NO OPTION TO SPEAK TO A INDIVIDUAL. I also sent an email/claim to which they responded by advising me to file ANOTHER claim. POOR customer service- POOR Quality products. I will be reaching out to my banking institution to file a fraudulent claim.
