I made the mistake of ordering a ring from LaJerrio. I wasn't happy with the product and tried to return it - at my cost ($60) to the address in China they gave me, and it was returned to be as undeliverable. When I reached out to "Joy", she gave me the run-around. When I tried to get PayPal to try to get to the bottom of it, they ended up saying that I needed to take it up with the seller.
The jewelry in person looks cheap, nothing at all like the photos.
I'm taking the time to write this because I don't want anyone to have to go through what I did.
Tip for consumers:
It comes in a heavy box from N.Y but they want you to return it to China. Getting a CZ from Amazon for $15 looks more real than this $459 ring. I got it for everyday wear but it looked so cheap, the tag was never removed. It took forever to reach customer service and it was only when I emailed them and gave them the tracking number that they reached out to me and said "If you keep the ring, we'll refund you half!" Really shady, unethical person.
