After 5 mins. I hung up called again. This time it was a girl that answered she after the second Time trying to take my order, PUT ME ON HOLD! A delivery boy came with a bill for $38.something. We refused the pizza. Called again and explained to her (Lisa - American.) I wanted 2 personal pan pizza - one supreme and one with ground sausage and onion. She put me hold and I hung up - I For some reason I called Pizza Hut and talked to Lisa again she apologized she put said it was up there I can pick it up Went to up and 1. She never compensated me for the 2 mess ups calls and the RUDENESS to put a customer hold cuz they can't understand you and PUT on HOLD. I know it's hard to get and keep employer's at jobs today But if there is a language barrier let someone else answer the phone. I won't go back,
