I've bought serval dresses from them in the past and they sure as hell made me regret it now. I sacrificed around $235 on a full coord I'd really wanted only to find out it would take three and a half months to ship because the dress was "being sewn". I did not want to wait that long, I wanted it to be shipped the same month, so after back and forth with their customer support and finding out the length I'd be waiting, I requested they cancel my order and refund me the full amount- I even disputed it with my bank as I wanted to spend my money on something else at that point. So they eventually canceled my order but stole my money and are refusing to give it back even though now I won't be getting any products at all! I tried contacting my bank about a refund but Lolita wardrobe somehow convinced them they were in the right, so now I'm out all my money and won't be getting the dress I wanted, which btw I found for million times cheaper on Aliexpress! Now I'm waiting on Paypal to somehow do something about this whole situation.

Tip for consumers:
Don't waste your time here, try my-lolita-dress instead, they're a taobao reseller too but nowhere near as sketchy as this site. Or use Aliexpress, waaay more trustworthy and there are even review pictures from people to see that the dresses aren't $#*!.

1. On 6/2/2022, you placed an order from us and contacted us via email to confirm your shipping address with me.
This is what YOU wrote at the time: " Hello I just placed an order, here is the order number: **********, I just wanted to confirm the shipping address is correct, that it is ************ instead of a different one that was shown on my paypal."
WE replied to your email on the same day (6/2/2022), this is what we wrote at the time: "Dear ***, It's Angela from LolitaWardrobe, I am glad here to help you. The shipping address you left to us is correct, please don't worry^^ NOTE: we also attached a screenshot of your order details to confirm your shipping address."
Then YOU replied in a few hours later: "Thank you so much! I look forward to receiving my order."

2. On 6/10/2022, YOU sent us an email, this is what YOU wrote: "Hi, I was wondering if there is a tracking number for my order yet? Or by what date I can expect it to be sent? ",
WE replied to your email in a few hours later, this is what we wrote: "Dear ***, It's Angela from LolitaWardrobe, I am glad here to help you. Arrival Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time, we will ship an order out when all items of the order are ready for shipping.
By now, the Yidhra -The Bleeding Roses- Gothic Lolita Tights have been ready for shipping and the Sweet High Platform Lolita Heels Shoes will be ready for shipping soon. However, the Alice Girl -Bat and Roses- Gothic Lolita Top Wear and Skirt Set is for preorder (made to order),
The estimated shipping date is in middle or late September of 2022 as the detailed page says >>> https :// lolitawardrobe. Com/alice-girl-bat-and-roses-gothic-lolita-top-wear-and-skirt-set_p7365. Html"Please give us more time, thanks so much in advance. Once your order is shipped out,

3. YOU replied to us on 6/11/2022 and told us that: "Hi I do not think I can wait until September for my order to ship. I did not read that it was preorder for the dress. I would like to cancel the order and request a refund. Hi, I would like a refund please for my order. I did not realize the dress was not "ready-made" and I do not want to wait until September for it to be shipped to me. If possible just refund the "Alice Girl Bat and Roses- Gothic Top Wear And Lolita Skirt Set" and ship the "Sweet High Platform Lolita Heels" and " Yidhra -The Bleeding Roses- Gothic Lolita Tights"."
Then WE replied on the same day and wrote: "Dear ***, We hope you could understand that we're just a Taobao reseller, you bought the items from us and then we bought the items for you from the Taobao shops. The "Alice Girl -Bat and Roses- Gothic Lolita Top Wear and Skirt Set" is being in tailor process right now, that is, the Taobao shop has submitted your order to the tailoring factory and the tailoring factory is preparing the related fabrics, if we ask the Taobao shop for refund, they would NOT agree with it right now, that's why we wrote our order cancel policy here >>> https://lolitawardrobe.com/art/order-cancel-and-exchange_a0028.html"
Then YOU replied: "Ok, thank you. Appologies for the sudden request but I had a local Lolita tea party event and I needed the order sooner than September and wanted a refund to choose a different dress from your website but seeing as it is not possible I guess I will have to wait this time. Next time I order I will have to be sure to glance at the bottom to see if it's ready made or preorder."
Then WE replied: "Dear ***, Thanks for your understanding, we do appreciate it. We have noted when you want to receive your ord will do our best to help you receive your order before September. Please contact me here in middle August to see if your order is ready for shipping or not, thanks very much."

4. On 6/16/202, we suddenly noticed that you filed a claim via PayPal, then WE contacted you and wrote: "Dear ***, It's Angela from LolitaWardrobe, I am sorry for bothering you. You told me you would give us time to prepare your order, but you submitted a dispute through PayPal, can you tell me why? To be honest, I was really sad when I found out that this controversy was brought up by you :( We have told our vendor to do their best to help you receive your order before September and they have agreed to expedite your order. We and our vendor are working hard to achieve timely delivery because you agreed to give us more time... Please get back to me with your any idea of yours, thanks. I look very much forward to hearing from you. "
Then YOU replied: "It was before your last reply that it was filed but not through paypal. I canceled the dispute a while ago. "
Then WE replied: "Dear ***, Thanks very much for getting back to me. The dispute is still there at PayPal. PayPal needs us to either get you full refund or provide the tracking number of your order before June 26th :( Could you please double check it and cancel the dispute at PayPal? Please get back to me with your any idea of yours, thanks. I look very much forward to hearing from you."
Then YOU replied: "I checked it and it won't let me change it."
Then WE replied: "Dear ***, Thanks for checking. There were customers of us who canceled their disputes successfully, so I don't think it's difficult to cancel the dispute. Could you please contact PayPal to know how you can cancel the dispute? Thanks a million in advance. I am looking forward to hearing from you."

5. YOU didn't reply to our email until 6/19/2022, this is what YOU wrote: "Please give me a refund and cancel the order. Thank you."
Then WE replied: "Dear *** We have processed the refund to close the dispute at PayPal on June 20th (the amount has been deducted from our PayPal), please check the below attached image (we can NOT upload the image via this comment but we believe you have seen the image) If you still haven't received the refund, please contact PayPal, thanks. And please let us know if there's anything we can help, thanks."
Then YOU replied: "I haven't received it yet and contacted my bank and Paypal. Can you provide proof of the refunded transaction?"
Then WE replied: "Dear ***We have processed the refund to close the dispute at PayPal on June 20th (the amount has been deducted from our PayPal), please check the below attached image (NOTE: we can NOT upload the image via this commment but we did sent the image to you).

Then you didn't reply to our emails. We did process your refund, PayPal deducted the corresponding amount from our PayPal account, and we provided you with screenshots of the corresponding evidence.
