Their customer service is the worst l have dealt with. I ordered a mold and skin tag remover for my husband. The day the package arrived with two other trial creams, l quickly opened the serum bottle and applied to the affected areas on my husband's back. When nothing happened as promised. Later that day, l applied again and so on. Days later, l looked at the bottle and to my surprise, it was a youthful serum for face.
That same day, l noticed US$102.53 deducted from my checking account. I called to ask why and was told l didn't call with the 7 day trial. Nothing happened in 7 days after using a new product. I requested a refund and was told no! You knew exactly what you were doing and will not get a refund.
A few days later, l called again, and spoke with another agent. Again, she was disrespectful and started the same as before.

I hope no one else has to experience that kind of disrespect from a company. They have absolutely, no customer service Etiquette.
