Writing Project promotes itself as a Professional Writers Resource, but in fact it is anything but. Just another group of part time authors desperately trying to make some money out of the unsuspecting. Nothing is done to empower the genuine Authors they are supposed to be helping, and financially it is all one way traffic. Cannot and do not recommend Writing Project - one step up from a scam.

I was asked by a 'friend' to present an Award to this Group in Bristol UK - I had some status on the local Arts Scene at the time - the Award Show happened on local radio - I'm not going to mention names, as I don't want to get sued - but the Leaders of this Group behaved atrociously - and I believe there was a racist motive. All power to Shakespeare, but these interpreters of the deathless works are seriously conflicted, and I regret I cannot recommend them..

Whether you are just starting out on your Writers Journey or a fully-fledged Published Professional, this Site is for you. Particularly good for Poetry, but all Forms and Styles of the Written Word welcomed. If you read the negative Reviews of Writers Cafe on Site Jabber, you will generally find that they are written by people who have been thrown off the Site. Come and give it a try and see for yourself.
