I ordered a pair of ear weights in the design of the "@" after trying to get them in I soon realized that one was facing the appropiate direction in one ear but the other one was backwards.
I communicated this design flaw to their customer service team where "Paul" tried to tell me that it wasnt a flaw and the earrings only went in one direction, the right way. This was really not the case.
I was told I could mail them back at my expense and would be refunded despite the fact they claim to only offer returns for unused items which I kept mentioning that I only noticed the flaw when trying them on. Regardless of the fact I paid for them to ship to me and then Id have to pay to ship back. I would be out money.
Finally "Claudia" responds to my messages telling me she is going to have the webpages marketing team to put the information about the direction of the earring on the posting on their webpage. Yet when I confront the fact if she is doing that it acknowledges there is a flaw which she still denies.
I tell her as I told Paul to just delete my account as I dont want to give them any more of my money... you would think a company would apologize and try to retain my business... nope they didnt care and just deleted my profile after me dealing with them for years.
Very disappointing
