After receiving a canvas order at my house it was immediately clear to me one of my canvas prints was not what I intended. In discussing with customer service (LaQuita) we determined that it must have been the case that I placed my order in error. LaQuita was extremely understanding and helpful and as a one time customer service exception said they would send an updated canvas print for which I only had to pay shipping for. I've done business with Fabness several times over the years and this is one of the many reasons I will continue to search them our for my canvas needs. Great customer service and a great product.
