I used to love this game. But after giving this company enough money to buy a new car with cash. I am done. First there chat mods are bias prejudice and ban people just because the have power. Second the support team just plain $#*!ing sucks. You send them a ticket about a matter. And all they do is tell you what they want you to know. Sounds just like a government official. This game and a majority of the staff dont care about paying players much less the free. Its all about money. Well guess what its gonna cause alot of legal probs in the future. Omg big point needs to tighten there reigns on there games support staff. They are all bullies who dont care about anything. And also the mods for alot of there game and dark orbit the most have the most $#*!ed chat mods and support staff period. Coming from someone who has given big point and there games enoungh money to buy a bramd new car with cash should mean alot. Maybe a class action lawsuit will make things change
