I have order 2 hover boards for my kids for Christmas and haven't receive anything yet i try calling and they voicemail pick up statimg they will get back with you 1-2 business days and I email day after day and it went from payment accepted to order processing. And I still email and get no reply back horrible cause now the have my money and my kids don't have anything for Christmas and this was all they wanted.

We do apologize for any inconvenience and frustration you may have experienced. Any orders that were canceled were refunded back to the card used to make the purchase. This was during the holiday season which there was a high volume of calls and emails. Again we do apologize, we are a customer service based company it is not our practice to have any delay in responses.
