Despite canceling within their specified time frame, I encountered immense difficulty in getting a refund. Their customer service was unresponsive, uncooperative, and seemed determined to avoid any form of assistance.
The lack of transparency and refusal to refund my money, even when adhering to their cancellation policies, left me frustrated and dissatisfied. When we process all requests for ticket refunds, our agency, in accordance with the agreement with the airline, must be guided by the fare rules that regulate penalties for the refund procedure.

In your case, according to the airline's fare rules, when canceling a ticket, it is possible to get a refund only for some unused airport fees and taxes. The ticket fare and payment system surcharge are non-refundable. Our agency's service fee for processing the request, and the payment system markup charged for the initial payment is also non-refundable. Having applied these fines, the refund amount exceeded the service fee of our agency. Unfortunately, according to the airline's fare rules, your tickets are non-refundable.
