Complete disregard by the support of your subsidiary Alienware!
I have been using alienwarearena.com for TEN YEARS, but a couple of weeks ago my account was banned for no reason. I only read the news and did daily ARP tasks.
Support completely ignores me. I really regret that a couple of years ago I bought a Dell laptop. I'll never buy a Dell/Alienware product again.

Until now, 50% of activated keys in packs come across and the company is not going to fix this problem in any way. They just don't care about you or your time.
Their support is just useless. I have to spend half an hour, take screenshots, answer the same stupid questions 100 times in order to end up with 125 diamonds. And after opening the next pack, I received another duplicate from the thrash game for $0.1. And all the steps must be repeated again...
