I was frustrated in contacting someone at site ground. The number claims that I need to login and work through the online service. My login was accepting my password but I was left with a blank screen and there was no way to click on a question mark for service or anything. I finally googled and found a number to call and when I was connected to the right department for service, they could not have been more excellent in their service. Thank you.
