I spent almost one hour on hold trying to exchange a wrong part sent. After speaking to a rep for 3 minutes, he put me on hold for another 15 minute wait. I finally hung up and tried the following day. I
Finally reached another rep who was unable to find the correct part. Asked how to return the wrong part, I was told
I'd have to pay the return postage of $7.95 for a mistake they made. Need a part? Find another source. This is a no star scam outfit
