I was not a fan of pep boys but I will not go anywhere else as long as Adam is there. I have 4 vehicles and Adam always gives me a choice on tires, service etc. He treats you the same whether you are spending 50 dollars or 500 dollars. He knows customers want a choice and options. He is very knowledgeable and I base all my decisions on his recommendations. Please tell him him what a great job he is doing. Its a pleasure to go to Pep boys in Berlin Ct.
