I had a stop payment I needed to engage with three different operators at Wisely and the first two had misled me into believing that Wisely is only a Employee Support Company and that they were not The Bank that issues funds. However after researching on their own web site they clearly claim that they can stop payment by either the app or by calling the number on the back of the card. Neither were true. When I called the third time to inquire why Wisely does not fulfill their promises I was somewhat talked down to and run over by the Lady I spoke with by talk with zero effort to resolve this matter. Their is no way to leave a review since the metric isn't diviseable to the lowest I would rate this Company.
