I ordered balloons for same day delivery BEFORE the cut off. That same day 7pm I get a text saying the order couldn't be delivered it was delayed it will come the next day I was like ok fine whatever. Next day comes and the delivery still hadn't arrived by 3pm and the recipient texted me saying they were getting discharged earlier than expected, which was good news for them but I was also irritated that the order wasn't there yet. I had asked the company for an ETA on delivery around 11am that day and they said delivery window was 3-4pm. At 4:20pm I messaged this company and asked them to cancel and refund me because the patient was getting discharged as I sent the message and it's past the delivery window I was given A DAY AFTER it was supposed to arrive. Funnily enough after I sent that message I get an email saying my order was delivered and I was like hmmm that's odd. At that point they claimed they couldn't forward to the patients house because delivery was completed. I didn't even want them going to patients house because the whole point was for them to be there in the hospital. I now apparently have to wait until Monday for a manager to approve my refund which is absolute insanity. I'm disputing the charge and telling everyone never to use this website. Customer service is terrible, typos and grammatical errors galore. Website looks like its from 2005 just all around a scam and i should have known better. Save your money contact a local florist near the hospital who will actually fulfill your order with grace and pride.
