I've gotten a few good deals on this site but won't be using it anymore after trying out their selling service. I understand they have high quality standards, but it seems to me that they should either lower the price of return assurance to a reasonable amount or provide return assurance for free. They accepted 10% of the items I sent. That means they'll get a pretty hefty charitable deduction as I assume they donate the unusable clothing. Definitely won't use again
