I purchased a few pieces of jewelry from Triads. 5 days after receiving confirmation of my order; it was cancelled. I get an email from Collin stating that the items I purchased were on backorder & not actually in-stock. The email also claimed "no funds will debit or credit your account as we only charge a card when we ship an item", however, I was charged for the full amount + shipping + international fees. I replied to this email & reached out on their social media pages to get my money back. As you can guess, no response from them anywhere. I was defeated and ultimately put in a dispute with my bank. I got my money back thanks to the help of my bank, then Triads decides to finally reply to me another week later on Facebook. Horrible customer service. I will not attempt to purchase anything from Triads ever again.
