My son was not travelled from Singapore to New Delhi on 9-DEC-23 because of his examination date change. When we reached New Delhi Airport on 31-DEC-23 to get Boarding pass then Air India counter staff told to correct sequence number and suggest visiting Air India Ticket counter. When I reach the Ticket counter, they told me that your son can't travel with ticket as he hadn't started the outbound journey, and you have to book new ticket. I am shocked and after multiple requests he is not ready to listen and then I booked another Air India flight ticket on 31-DEC-23 spent huge amount. Before my travel I tried to contact bravofly customer care and through chatbot enquire about 1 ticket cancellation but there is no revert from then and I spent huge amount is ticket. It's totally unprofessional practice and bad experience. I will never book any ticket with bravofly.
