Ordered a gear S3 watch and which took 3-4 weeks to arrive. But the band sizing was different on both ends so one end didnt fit. Advertised at 22mm but only one end of the band was. Customer service does not provide an email or chat contact function. You need to fill in a return request repeatedly to ask them what is going on. Has been 2 weeks going into the 3rd with no reponse.
** This issue was resolved with offer of refund without returning item. This simplified the process greatly.

The item you choose is for Gear S3. It should fit this type. But it may not fit well for other types even though the same width. If there is any problem fit this watch, we will take our responsibility.
