On June 21st 2023, at 6:30 pm I stopped at Church's chicken on 7919 Marbach Rd, San Antonio, TX *******. I ordered some spicy chicken. I was told there is a wait time of 18 min. I said ok. I waited a bout 30 min. And still no spicy chicken, so, I asked about my order I was told in a rood way to wait again if I still wanted the chicken. I agreed and waited. About 30 min later I was standing in front of the counter when that person came with my chicken and the here back turn to me through the box of chicken on the counter and walked a way. Every body was standing there watched that and they where shocked by here behavior. So, I was got mad and I told here "you are not just ugly from the outside you are ugly inside too". I talked to the manager who at the store and got her name and his name. I wrote the main office for church's chicken about the incident and I never heard back from them. I thought they care about the customers. But, apparently not. So, I never stepped in that store again.

I canceled my internet service 4/07/2023. AT&T drew a payment from my bank account a month later even the service was canceled. I checked my account on line and I had a credit that should be refunded. 4 months later I'm still waiting for that refund. On 8/7/2023 I called AT&T and I was told yes there is a refund, but he has to connect me to another department. I had to explain my problem 5 times and stay on the phone for 1:07 Hour and gues what I was not done. Nothing happend. It is so easy for AT&T to get your money, but it is so hard for them to refund any over payment. That is AT&T.
