If you're a residential customers who doesn't shop for hardware regularly, beware. I now know they're a broker and my order of 5 knobs (samples) would arrive from their many vendors. Each vendor charges $8 shipping. My free shipping code only got me free shipping from one vendor. So I cancelled my order. Once I saw it was fulfilled, I called twice to see what was happening, but everyone had a different story. They have no control over orders. I received all 5 knobs and was told then realized it wasn't worth sending them back — paying shipping and restocking fees for two. This is not how to keep customers.
Tip for consumers:
It would have been helpful to know that my free shipping code only applies to one of my items. It also would have been helpful to know that they are a broker and do not ship directly, so they have no control over orders, cancelling orders, shipping costs, returns, and restocking fees. They are, however, transparent about restocking fees.
