“Ordered suits weeks ago never to arrive”

Do not order from Jollyful. I ordered suits weeks ago for a vacation. They never arrived. I've reached out to customer service and they say they are on the way but all they did to appease me was create a shipping label and the suits have yet to arrive to USPS for delivery. I would have paid for expedited shipping if I knew they'd be weeks past their estimate.
