“Awful and Awful”

Have been trying for one hour + to get verified so that I can get a copy of my 1099 form for 2023.
Have uploaded again and again documents and the system says - chose a way bla bla but gives no option to do anything. One time system said "verifying". Took 10 minutes and was rejected without providing a reason. Awful system and time consuming!
